If you send unsolicited or improper email to others, you may be marked as SPAM/Junk by the recipient’s email server. To ensure the proper delivery of your messages, follow all of these these guidelines so that your message do not end up in the “Junk” folder.
- NEVER USE ALL CAPS IN THE SUBJECT FIELD
- Try to start your email with greetings to the the name of recipient
- Always Write at least 3 to 4 lines of proper language in your emails
- Do not send One SIMILAR email to same person again and again in a short duration
- Link only to legitimate sites with reputable domains in your message
- Don’t go crazy with email size (30 kb is just fine.)
- Balance the image-to-text ratio
- Host your images at credible services only
- Avoid sending mass email using purchased lists
- Partner with an Email Service Providers (ESP)
- Authenticate your Domain with SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
- Monitor Your Deliverability
